Original Art

It looks like you are about to make a great investment! Thanks! Art is precious cargo so we exclusively use a white glove delivery services. It includes crating on our end and front door delivery to your home. We will provide you with a shipping quote after your order is placed and we will send up a follow-up invoice with the information. Shipping must be paid prior to the piece (s) being released. If you would like for the piece to be delivered into a specific room and/or installed please let us know and we can see about arranging that.

Please make sure that you or someone you trust is present to receive the piece(s). Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for domestic shipping and 4 to 10 weeks for international delivery, including scheduling pickup. The carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to the delivery date to schedule a convenient drop-off window, usually between 2 and 4 hours wide.

Each piece of art is a one of a kind creation and every mark or gesture was created with intention by the artist. Please keep this in mind when examining your painting and remember as slick and graphic as they are, they do all share the artist's hand. With this said, your happiness is our priority, so if you are not happy with your purchase we allow for a 14 day return policy on the sale of original art, with the return shipping on the buyer.

Exchanges of Defective/Damaged Goods

Because all of merchandise is custom created just for you based upon Ryan Cronin's original art collection, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time unless the item(s) is defective or damaged. Exchanges are only for the same item (size and style) of the damaged product. If your item is damaged please contact us at hello@cronartusa.com and include detailed pictures of the damaged/defective product(s). Once the photo of your product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then a new item will be shipped to you at no charge. Please allow two weeks to receive the new item. Please note, we do not offer credits/refunds.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@cronartusa.com and send your item to: 10 Main Street New Paltz New York US 12561. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
