Beer? Don't mind if we do.
Ever feel like a Show Pony? Enjoy beer? Love art?
19 Osprey Lane
This summer, Artist Ryan Cronin has teamed up with the folks over at Yard Owl Brewery in Gardiner, NY. How, you might ask? Easy. Ryan loves beer, especially those sweet, summery, Belgian-inspired ales that are as crisp and refreshing as they are soothing and nostalgia-summoning. And this year, Ryan’s painting “Show Pony: Nobody Rides for Free” serves as the inspiration for Yard Owl’s official 2019 summer brew Show Pony, staying true to Cronin’s passion for infusing art into all aspects of life.
If you’re unfamiliar with Yard Owl Brewery’s story, look no further! In 2012, local business owners James and Michelle Walsh (owners of New Paltz’s own Mudd Puddle Café) expanded their passion for fine crafted beverages and food by opening Yard Owl Brewery in Gardiner, NY. At Yard Owl, the team assembles to brew and serve expressive Belgian-inspired ales. This gorgeous venue has enabled James and Michelle to create a second community space and expand their creativity into another area of the food and craft beverage world.
We’re so honored to be part of the Yard Owl family, and we can’t wait to share this special collaborative release with you. And trust us, this isn’t just an amazing summertime craft beer release event featuring good beer, fun family, amazing food, lively conversation, and live music featuring local artist Andrew Jordan: it’s a collaboration between local community members and entrepreneurs. And you know how much we love our local community. Come see us on Friday, June 29th.
And FYI, it’s not BYOB: we’ll have the B for you.
