Your satisfaction is our priority. Here is everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Original Art

Art is precious cargo, so we exclusively use white glove delivery services. This includes crating on our end and front door delivery to your home. We will provide you with a shipping quote after your order is placed and send a follow-up invoice with the details. Shipping must be paid prior to the piece being released. If you would like the piece delivered into a specific room or installed, please let us know and we can arrange that.

Please make sure that you or someone you trust is present to receive the piece. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for domestic shipping and 4 to 10 weeks for international delivery. The carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a convenient drop-off window, usually between 2 and 4 hours wide.

Each piece is a one of a kind creation. Your happiness is our priority — if you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day return policy on original art, with return shipping at the buyer's expense.

Prints & Merch

Because all merchandise is custom created based on Ryan Cronin's original artwork, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Exchanges are only for the same item in the same size and style.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@cronartusa.com within 48 hours of delivery and include detailed photos. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no charge. Please allow two weeks to receive the new item.

Returns & Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

To return an item, mail it to: 10 Main Street, New Paltz, New York 12561. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75. Gift cards are non-returnable.
